Fresh, Local, Seasonal Food Choices

Aitkin Eats is a community farm-to-table program to raise awareness about healthy, fresh, seasonal and local food choices from farms in our region.

Aitkin Eats partners with the Aitkin Food Hub to connect local farmers with restaurants, helping them source fresh, local ingredients. We also promote these restaurants to the public seeking farm-fresh food. Look for our informational postcards at participating restaurants!
